contact: europe and america meet

A.) the negative effects of conttact on the native americans were disease, slavery and looting of cities and treasures. european conqestodors were mainly trying to convert the native americans to christianity, and to get rich from the indians.
B.) the negative effect of contact with european explorers were cruel and violent. for example, hernando cortes invaded the aztecs of Mexico and took their emperor, Montezuma prisoner, in 1519. he also took the indians' treasures and jewels. cortes seized the indians' land, and killed many indians using steel weapons such as guns, armor and horses.
C.) the positive effects, of contact with the native americans was that the native americans were introduced to livestock such as horses, cows, pigs, chicken and sheep. also native americans als adopted new technology such as the plow, also axeheads, ice chisels, knives, and misketts helped them improve their hunting. the indians were also to get more fur, and to improve their trading oppurtunities with the europeans.
D.) the positive effects of contact on the european explorers were that there was wealth was found in the new world. also columbus found and reported the first account of the indians' use of tobacco, which made money for many

if your not and American citizeni dont think you should be able to vote, regardless i you are hard working or not. i think this because when people are not citizens here, but they live here, work here or whatever i feel that they are "just visiting". and say someone really really really wants john mccain or barak obama, to win they can just fly over a bunch of family members from another country and just tell them to vote, now i dont think someone would accually do this, but there are some weirdos out there. also i dont think its fair, because some one might have tried so hard to become a citizen, and say they get and they vote, but at the same time some one who can vote butis not a citizen, it would be totally unfair
